NOTE ON GPS SUPPORT: Strava depends on GPS for recording activities. In some devices, the GPS does not work properly and Strava will not record effectively. If your Strava recordings show poor location estimation behavior, please try to update the operating system to the most recent version. There are some devices which have consistently poor performance with no known remedies. On these devices, we restrict installation of Strava, for example the Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 and the Galaxy Express 2. Decent app for tracking riding, although there are better. Plus: the social aspects, giving each other kudos for rides. Minus: a*lot* of your personal stats are only available for the paid version. Unpaid, you don't even get an odometer of your riding beyond the latest month. Other free apps offer way more. It keeps pushing features, but all with the gotcha: "pay to see that!" Wish they were less money grubbing.

App sucks. It's extremely cluttered and too complicated. The home screen / stream is not configurable and shows all kind stuff they are trying to push on you. Cheaper devices don't integrate directly. you need to connect to the device app first and then sync with this one Unless you want to pay $500 for a Garmin GPS. It's very feature rich. I'm only using it because everyone is using it. Otherwise I would happily live without it. The coospo app is just as good and their great devices cheaper

The app is good but they have upped the price and have slowly started pulling more and more features from the free version basically forcing you to buy the subscription. You can't even see your past data anymore after a certain point and you can't compare data with others which is pretty much the basic premise of the app to begin with.

Just over here keeping pace! Here’s what we took care of this week: – Now when you scroll through your photos and videos on grid view from your Profile, you won’t be limited to just your 99 most recent. – You can now more easily search for other strava users with accents and diacritical marks.
