this app is ridiculously terrible! after I sent 63 euro out. they put the transfer on hold, requesting bank statements and other things. after 2 days of their office verifying, they still don't have any results. I contacted their customer service more than 10 times. now the 3rd day, the money is still on hold by their office. even though they primise expedite it and deliver in 2 days. this is a total waste of time, energy. possibly I won't be able to see my money at all. I don't know yet.

After using the app to transfer two times before, and in both times the transfer was completed in less that a day without any problems or need to verify anything or wait, my third transfer has been stuck "In progress" FOR 14 (FOURTEEN) ENTIRE DAYS AND COUNTING without any explanation or request for information or documents or anything. The only thing I'm told is that there may be a technical problem, and that there's nothing I can do but wait. At this point I just want my money back!

Absolutely appalling. First transfer to another country went smoothly, however, I mistakenly topped up my account with cash. I filed a request through the website asking how to transfer the money back but later found how to do it and filed the transfer order to my bank account in the local currency. They have done nothing but delay me by transferring me to different staff, repeatedly asking for a bank statement between 22nd June and 22 July. They've been incredibly difficult and stubborn.
