Technology issues Multiple attempts with no success in accessing paid benefits after I've paid!! I am experiencing an issue with tracking my streak progress in the app. I have tapped "join challenge" to unlock decks and cards for several consecutive days, completing both 3-day and 7-day streaks (and likely more). However, the app continuously resets the counter to 0.

too expensive for all features..I purchased the book and journal, I'm not paying for the app too! you should get the app free if you got the book and journal. it's sad bc the book made it seem like these would work together to enhance your experience but everything I click on it brings me to a purchasing screen. I can't afford to purchase another thing for the shadow work series the book and journal were expensive enough.

Needs a widget! I am also one of the people who find it frustrating that you need to pay in order to use all the features. Plus it's a subscription rather than paying a one time fee! I get you have an accessibility thingy, but what if someone doesn't qualify for it & it's only for 1 year. If you're truly trying to help people I think it would be better to rethink your pay wall! Better off buying a shadow work journal off Amazon!
