Ratings and reviews

If I could give this product a zero, I would. I have never had such a horrible earbud. I was hoping for some quality sound, fit, noise cancelation. Instead, they never fit right, taps are useless, they don't charge properly, volume is so low I can't hear calls well, and the background noise is still distracting to those I'm talking to. They disconnect all the time. I switch them up, I've updated, and I can't even get the app to function properly. These are the worst earbuds I've ever had.

When device goes on standby the headphones make the app (all) I'm using pause after 5-10 seconds of the screen being off... This is the second pair of JBL headphones (different models) that I have had a similar issue with also with different devices. Changing settings in the app off and on fixes this issue for a few days but then it will do it again.

they get the job done. easy to pair. the app is user friendly and has some useful adjustabiliy for the type of music your listening too. calls are clear. they are slippery. battery life is decent. solid purchase for the price. definitely advice purchase for a pair of budget friendly earbuds, just be sure your not in a place where if you drop them, which you will, they don't fall into the abyss.
