This app is useless. It never connects the soundbar to my home wireless network; it just spins endlessly. I tried clearing the app cache and reinstalling it, forgot all my wireless networks, created a new wireless network on an isolated VLAN with no firewall, 2.4GHz versus 5GHz, connecting via the Google Home app.. and still it sits there and spins, mocking me. Now my new soundbar broadcasts its own Wi-Fi network for all my neighbors to see, and I can't do anything about it. Thanks a bunch!

Truly a piece of junk app. Attempted to connect to speaker via three different android devices and app never seems to recognize JBL wifi network. After two hours and relentless persistence.. Resetting, pressing random combinations of buttons on soundbar, unplugging, etc; I saw that I had to put the volume to 0 (zero), at that time, the "setup wifi" displayed and I was finally able to connect through the app.

Disappointing I didn't buy the soundbar to have it work with this app, but after months of waiting to see if the devs would fix the app nothing has happened. It's like the app is stuck in a loop when it asks for you to connect to wifi. I'm no authority on app writing, but it seems like a simple fix, if that's the only problem. Again the sound bar itself is amazing, however this app is completely pointless with its connection problems.
