I have just added the app to a new phone. Cannot authenticate is the error. Very frustrating that a branch could not even assist. 1 month later still not working. Clearly the app does not work. Their app team has not even been able to assist

Easy and does what you think. More like i get what i have always wanted from a bank app. The speed and data usage is good. I went through other comments and i agree with them. If i can, may say from "observation". Switching the phone off/restart maybe once a week help to refresh phone memory and since, mine stopped giving errors and so to my other app's. Hope that mite help.

What is with these pointless updates that just make it more difficult to log in? Now I can't get into my online banking account because the app keeps timing out on authentication. I'm generally neutral about the app itself. It goes through periods when it throws out a 'server error ', or just shows the green loading screen when opening it - no further. That's particularly frustrating when trying to approve payments using the app, with no option to switch to authentication request.

This version update contains some bug fixes and introduces multiple client experience enhancements, including the ability to pay traffic fines and renew vehicle license discs.
