With all the quality of products and high level service that you get in the offline store, it's such a pity to see an unoptimized, slow, not user friendly app being not fixed for almost two years since I installed it. And I have a latest premium Android phone. I wonder how it works on basic models. You have to understand how much money you loose just because it takes eternity to make an order in the app. It's just irritating. Check your competitors apps. It literally takes a fewminutes to order.

The app keeps timing out. When you scroll or try and go back to the main page or cart, it freezes up. It takes an hour to select items. Then the amount of items out of atock is also a problem. The other issue is that when you try and select substitutes when you are in the cart, it also takes forever to load and you run into the oit of stock issue again when you try and select a substitute. Now times that by 30. Its really frustrating.

Simply Frustrating! The Dash and Click and Collect service offers a wonderful level of convenience. It's a pity that the app does not offer the same level of convenience for the user. The app is slow, when you are able to get in. It does not remember your substitution choices from previous orders. Adding the time it takes to actually put an order thorough on the app, I may as well go in-store. The solution is simple....hire the same people who developed the Sixity60 app!

What's new

In this release we have fixed an issue that was stopping some substitute choices from being remembered. We've also made some improvements to our Dash landing page and watch out for Dash only promotions coming soon!
