Takealot messed up my order and won't fix it. I placed an order to have delivered to my fiance. They sent the wrong items, and upon returning the incorrect items, instead of shipping the correct items as they promised, they credited my account for only 1 of the 3 items. 3 weeks later and multiple attempts to contact them and they are ignoring my emails and keeping my money. Takealot will steal your money and give you nothing in return. If they fix this I will edit my review.

I would've given a 5-star, but now that delivery costs are so much higher for non-TakealotMORE subscribers, I feel like it is exploitative. TakealotMORE is not really a great option for me, since I only use Takealot once or twice every few months, so paying for a subscription is not a sound choice for me financially, and I'm being penalised for not being addicted to ordering from takealot every week.

easy to use. love the swipe left to delete from cart or add an item to wishlist. I love that you can compare pricing from different sellers. the reviews save lives and pockets. really cool that you can use Google pay and add virtual cards to pay. keep up the great work Takealot
