Competitive pricing but Takealot needs to get delivery times properly scheduled. My order stated 2 weeks, then changed to 1 week. When confirmation of delivery is given, it's always anytime between 08:00am & 17:00pm which makes no sense as a person's entire day can be ruined especially if you're at work. Exact delivery times should be given accurately, e.g. Today at 09:45am. Delivery guys are polite and friendly.

Wow, Takealot has really gone downhill over the last year. Multiple delivery reschedules, a buggy app, and unreliable tracking. I could only select Monday as a delivery date, and that delivery has since been rescheduled twice. I've even had the app claim a delivery attempt was made, with a timestamp dated two days in the future. Unless Takealot has figured out time travel, that's impossible. The app clearly isn't being tested properly.

Takealot has become ridiculous and doesn't care about its consumers. Download Amazon, they actually care about you. Ordered an order off TakeAlot that I needed by the next day, but seeing as Takealot changed their interface, the order auto selected the latest delivery option. They then told me to cancel I would have to wait 4 days, and there's nothing they can do to help me. I then canceled the order, 2 hours after ordering and was told that I don't get my collection fee back. horrible service!!
