This app is very frustrating. I prefer using the website version for orders. Always lags and the way the categories are set up makes no sense. You can't even find certain types of products when searching. Phew, its a lot, I will be deleting it.

The changes are horrible. No interaction on the Sport platform. Doesnt matter on which icon you click, dresses, accessories ect. it only takes you to accesories. Ive stopped making payments throught the app because they dont clear and support staff are useless on email. How inconveniet.

Extremely slow and not very user friendly. Search tool not great at all. Even Shein and Takealot with a much larger databases does not lag at all search tool is great and is user friendly Mr Price can take some notes for sure.
