Ratings and reviews

We've had our suspicions and it was confirmed today. The new update with the calendar pricing view definitely broke something in your app. I have specifically opted to get a day notice to clean the flat, but today someone was able to book my Airbnb last minute for 3 days. Airbnb's app bug has put me in a very difficult position where I have to try and clean last minute for a foreign guest. I've switched off instant booking and won't use it again as clearly I can't trust trust the automation.

As a host, it does what it needs to do. But the messaging module is annoying: 1) Text box is too small, displays only 4 lines, so you can't see what you wrote above that (unless you scroll the message). 2) The "send" button is *inside* the text box. It's easy to inadvertently hit it trying to relocate the cursor to edit. Either move it, or at least allow a confirmation b4 sending. May 10 update: messaging module still annoying! And now can't click on a guest in the calendar!

Edit on new update - you add fancy graphics and fluff but can't fix the ONGOING text input problems??? Reprioritize!! As a long-term traveler and frequent user of Airbnb I love the platform to give people an opportunity to earn some money and provide amazing accommodations. The UI issues with text input are disappointing, jumping cursor, words disappearing, and sometimes the keyboard completely covers the text box with no way to see what you are typing. Hoping these are fixed soon.
