I don't think it was a good idea to phase out creator studio, this app has a lot going on. If does refresh properly even if you refresh it. So you can't depend on it to see the latest comments, messages and even videos. The design is not bad but it's too slow, even the desktop version of this is slow and too complicated. I love being able to customize my working space it's great if it works seamlessly. Believe it or not if creator studio was still an option every one would switch back.

App overall is very useful and convenient. However, could you please improve managing messages in the inbox? Chats sometimes disappear, or take a long time to load. Also, images sent can't be viewed easily, and when sending an image, the edit feature works, but doesn't send after editing. So pretty much needs a lot of improvement. Also, it would be better if saved replies are easily accessed, just like the UI in the messenger app. EDIT: can't view photos at all

I've been using this app (both the mobile app and on my laptop,) and it's awful. It constantly fails to post my photos, without any reason why. The main reason why this would be a great option is because I can do all my posting from one location across both Facebook and Instagram, but that's not what it does. It also has certain features that are either only accessible from the mobile app or the desktop, but not both. Honestly, it makes posting even harder. DELETE.
