Great so, very easy to use. Singing I would like changed our updated,... When you open the 'E-Draws & Vouchers' page, it defaults to the first option. I would like it to open to either a preferred option or have it select the nearest branch. On a side note, I've receded a few notifications asking to confirm that the notification was received, however there is no indication on how to do this.

I am not happy whatsoever with this app. It has a lot of flaws, thus making the whole hotel bookings terrible. The app doesn't have an option to pay more than the minimum required deposit for making a booking. The booking confirmation letter advices guests to make a deposit prior to the check-in date if they choose to and send the proof of payment to Sun International's reservation team, but they are very bad with communication. It also has glitches when making options and loads incorrectly.

Requested to reset my password and that all went well 'Password updated successfully' but can't seem to log on with the very same password. So after 3 reset attempts I've given up without passing the login screen. Another user commented/reported this a month ago and it's still not fixed.
