I will not be using this app again. I have my bank cards loaded in the app, they have always worked fine. Recently, I get notifications saying that payment was unsuccessful but the app doesn't say why. My account has money in it, the cards are active and haven't expired, so why is it not making payment as before. I also can't make payment manually because the options just don't show up like they used to and I just get a white screen. What a joke. Treat your customers like trash and loose them.

Although easy to use, the 4 payment installments are over 8 weeks (ie, every second week). Not many people get paid fortnightly. The "no interest added" is very good. But for something trying to help consumers with a payment plan, payments should be paid once a month in 4 installments. It's easier just to buy the desired item cash, or save up for a few weeks, and purchase without the middle man.

I love this app and have been using it for 2 years now, that's why it is disappointing now. I made a payment in advance for an order, the payment was not acknowledged, I did not get confirmation but the money was taken out of my account and it didn't reflect on the payflex account. I inquired a few times by email to no avail, and the number for support does not work. I received an email and SMS on the actual day the instalment was due saying that the payment was unsuccessful and I would have to
