Used to love the app, especially as you could easily see what was happening on your credit report over the next month or so. Hate the new app, nothing is where it should be and it will show you something to look in to but then it doesn't take you to the actual item. For instance it said I had an account with unsettled debt, I was surprised with this so clicked to find out more and it took me to view payment history of all accounts, but didn't tell me which it was notifying for! Not intuitive now

This app was fantastic until the latest update. Clear score has helped me keep track of my credit file for the last 4 years. Unfortunately the new update has made the app complicated to the point where I almost avoid using it. When there is a new update/ insight it was really easy to see if it was a positive/ negative one. With the new update I find it extremely difficult to even see what the update was.. it all blends in and become hard to see, updates are not colour coded like they used to be.

at the start a useful tool, but when you make payments to accounts or cards, you see your score go down. I've lost nearly 100pts off my score for no reason when I used to have a near perfect score but after a few searches, which is the only thing that's changed, my score has taken numerous hits. not to be trusted
