I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with this app. They sent me a broken product, and when I raised a return request, they kept delaying the pickup for over two months. Every time I contacted customer support, they gave false promises like "pickup will happen tomorrow" or "we're escalating your issue" – but nothing happened. It’s clear they are cheating customers by avoiding returns and holding on to the money. This is not just bad service – it feels like a scam. I’ve wasted so

Be aware. If you order a small item and it's defective under 1000pkr they will refund you the amount. But If you order an expensive item you will be dragged for months and your item will be lost without a refund. It has been almost a month since I ordered a defective camera and returned it on the 2nd day. On the 10th day, the status was updated and received in the warehouse and now I received a call they will not refund the amount will be sent back to me. It' more 20 days I'm contacting daily.

Highly disappointing. Daraz App has become a confused and disorganized e-marketplace, like a desperate shop owner who would try to sell any and everything, with all those discount coupons and deals, without noticing the effect on brand name. It used to be a preferable shopping experience. Alas, it has become a headache now. Deleting daraz App for 6 months. Let's see if they revamp it with an organized arrangement or not!
