Ratings and reviews

You removed the option of selecting the flight seat before making the booking payment. This is very inconvenient especially when I am travelling with my wife. I don't want to make the payment and then finds out that we are in 2 different area of the plane or setting in a non comfortable location. We have the right to select the seat based on our preference. Kindly bring this option back. apart from that,, everything is great

I am really impressed by this application. it is convenient and one can do everything from buying ticket to boarding the aircraft without printing a single piece of paper. This is extremely good for the environment. The only problem i faced is that the application can be show sometimes. I am sure the tech team of Emirates are hard at work to solve this issue also. All the best Emirates team. Keep up the excellent service.

I have been using the app for years for my bookings very easy to use . But I don't know what has happened now it keeps on showing technical error all the time after selecting travel dates and can't do any bookings. It's been months now, and the same issue occurs again and again. Tried to reinstall the app but didn't solve the issue.
