Watching in the app on my phone is usually fine, but as many, many others have said, casting to a Chromecast is absolute torture. Trying to skip forward or backward is the worst, frequently freezing the stream completely. If you disconnect from the Chromecast, playback usually resumes on the phone, and then you can reconnect to the Chromecast after 15 seconds of loading etc. Doing this five or ten times during a session is maddening.

For the quality of user experience provided, this should cost about 83 cents. For $35 this is a truly terrible app. It's laggy on live, it's menu is clunky, it doesn't save where you're up to when you exit and want to come back, it randomly skips to the end or randomly changes to a completely different broadcast of a different sport. This is hands down the worst streaming app out there, and that includes binge. Edit: Somehow, it's worse now.

Happy Kayo exists but so many functionality issues. Main complaints: 1. Spoilers from the choice of title images for multi day tournaments. For example, player featured on the title image for day 3 of a darts tournament giving away winners from day 1 or 2 2. Having to push the down button on my remote exactly 23 times to get to the favourites bar 3. No resume function for many replays after app crashes. This is improving but is still a rare option. Please improve app so I can upgrade review.
