What the app says is new: "We're continuously enhancing our app to ensure you get the best experience." What's really new: "Holding up the checkout because you're forced to update the app before you can scan a damn barcode." I use this app to display a barcode and nothing more. Please don't arbitrarily block usage of the app because you're constantly pushing updates for features I don't care about.

Terrible! Steals your money! Use the website. Compared with the BWS website the app is very slow and often just spins loading products. Payments ALWAYS say failed, but actually work, so I was CHARGED SEVERAL TIMES for the same order. Some of these will be refunded, but not for several days. Worse, it stole $30 of Everyday Rewards points and hasn't refunded them. Just a horrible experience. Use the website.

The app is absolute trash - ZERO STARS. Extremely frustrating to use. When transactions fail, it doesn't tell you why. Bank tells me there's no issues with my cards and a support ticket to the BWS digital team and multiple phone calls resulted in a $15 hush voucher because the app is still a dumpster fire and a steaming turd. I hate the app. I am ALWAYS fighting with it for no good reason but it's the only way to get deals without going into the awkward store locations which are nowhere near me
