The workout plan is split into 4 levels. Each level has a specific goal for jogging duration:

Each level has a 4-weeks duration, and 3 workouts per week.

Everything you would want in an app for when you're starting out running or if you want to keep track of your runs in general, plus with the added benefit of giving you running/resting audio cues while you're still listening to your own music. This app really takes all of the guesswork out of running, giving you time to concentrate on your workout.

I highly recommend this app. I've tried other running apps (like 'run! zombies') but I much prefer this app. It has a simple design which basically just aims to increase your stamina so you can run for a longer time. It has preprogrammed workouts where it changes between running and walking. All it does is beep you in when it's time to run or walk. It really comes down to personal preference but sometime like this helps me because I get headaches when I listen to anything on runs.

I really like this app. The audio voice could sound more human but the program progression is perfect, with every workout building on the one before. Love the mapping feature too, again this could be improved in terms of viewing the route once mapped. But these are only minor issues, highly recommend!
