About this app

Just Run is a simple workout app to help you get running. I made this app to get myself off the couch and start running to get to 5K. Stick to the workout plan, and you'll be able to run 5K in 9 weeks. It really does work!

If you're already able to run 5K, Just Run also has a 6-week plan to help you get up to 10K!

Workout Plans
- Zero to 5K: Gets you from absolute zero running experience to 5K in just 9 weeks, with three 30-minute workouts per week
- 5K to 10K: If you can already run 5K, or have finished Zero to 5K, this plan gets you to 10K in only 6 weeks

📅 Target dates for each workout, calculated based on your progress, and optimal exercise days
📣 Choose from multiple trainer voices, which tell you exactly when to run and walk
📱 Lock screen notification so you don't need to unlock your phone to check your progress

🎵 Works with music, audiobook and podcast apps - Just Run will briefly lower the volume of the other app when prompting you to run and walk, so you'll never miss a prompt

Great little app. Simple to use. Brief verbal instructions and great little tips in the text under each day's training schedule. No annoying background music, so you can listen to whatever you want and the instructions - to run or walk - play over the top. Very doable gradual build-up to the 30 min run - and a nice little bit of encouragement on the completion of each stage. Highly recommended.

This program is absolutely fantastic. I was running up to 12km before baby no.2 and had to stop completely for the whole 9 months due to sickness. The pace of this program is perfect and very doable. You can do it all for free, but I paid for premium to support the wonderful developer. SUPER user-friendly and easy UI.

Great App! Easy to use and works really well! I ran 10km for the first time ever in my life just the other week, and for the first time running doesn't feel like torture! I would love to see an option where I can customise my intervals and running time, even if that's just a premium feature so that I can keep using it to do spriting intervals to try and improve my pacing

What's new

Just a small update this time with some fixes:
- Fixed Reminder Notifications being sent when workout was already completed that day
- Fixed FAQ items not animating correctly
