Ratings and reviews

The premium version of the app is quite good, much better than Baby Monitor 5G. One fault is the baby station phone randomly closing the app. The camera is VERY good at picking up light and creating a video when the room is quite dark. It does need a small bit of light to function though. However, most of the time in low light situations, it will cycle through different light levels - 1 second of complete darkness, 1 second of shadow, then 1 second of brightness where you can see properly.

Love this app so much. The best baby monitors on the market are so expensive and some dont have the capability that this app has. Constant live feed, motion and audio detection. I use this every nap time to monitor my baby and i cant do without it now. Absolutely recommend.

Ripp off🤷🏾‍♀️ I'd like to know why when I canceled subscription the day before renewal I was charged and told I wouldn't get a refund nor would I have any further access to the app, surely if you took payment I should have access for the duration (year) as that's what I just paid for ? Am I being ripped off here?!
