The app needs to be purchased separately for each platform (Android, iOS, macOS). Unfortunately, there are no such tools that would allow us to transfer licenses for paid apps between the individual application stores.

We are loving this app. It certainly puts our minds at ease knowing our girls are behaving, especially when we live in a strata. I must remember to leave a light on at night & change the sensitivity on the noise as it seems to pick up all noises apart from barking, although we can go through the activity log for a more precise recording if need be. Well done on a great app.

The app works but I was surprised to find out that there is no way for user login when you use different platforms, and as a result I had to pay twice - one for my iPad and one for my android phone. This in my option should have been one payment that gives an account access to two devices regardless of platform... Or I wish I was informed when I downloaded it that the price would be doubled if u hv two platforms

This is a fantastic dog monitoring app and it's great especially if you have a spare phone at home with good camera. You can watch your dog anytime and speak to it too. There is unfortunately some video lag when you are using different network to connect. If the video compression is better, it would help alot. Another feature would be if the dog can see me in the dog station screen as well. Overall still great!
