it's a great app, I have the premium version. the piece of mind is well worth the money. however, there are a few big bugs. you can't swipe away from the monitoring app on the "person station" without having to restart monitoring. occasionally, this disrupts monitoring completely and there's no way to get it back unless you go to the "dog station" which is not possible to do from outside of the house. this unreliability is very stressful and makes me want to look for a new service.

It works fine for ~1-2 hours, then disconnects, and the activity logs disappear when this happens so I can't review and see if anything happened externally. I'm already at work by the time this happens so there's no way to fix it unless I go all the way home (30 mins away). Unfortunately Barkio has become almost entirely untrustworthy due to this. It's never been 100% perfect, but it used to be reliable at least. Very disappointed.

Really liked it but now that I don't need it - difficult to cancel as I cannot find a way to do so in Google Play which, if that is where I am paying for the subscription through, I am usually required to do the cancellation (I already went through the website but it says the rest I have to do manually). Again it's a good app!
