Stay away from this app full stop. Been with them for more than two years now and I am going to move my business of their platform. Price goes up, features are taken away and newly introduced features either don't work or you pay extra for them. Simple example - expenses worked just fine. Some thought there is money to be made by adding a separate add-on for those who want OCR.. Needless to say the simple expense function is now being phased out and if you need expenses you need to use the add-on and of course pay extra by a multiple.... I neither want OCR (this is done by a 3rd party receiving the photo I take of the expense and hence also shows my credit card details) nor do I need it but i suppose that doesn't matter. Simply stay clear!!

It was working pretty good until the latest update that totally stuffed the app. It crashes all the time, sometimes won't launch. It's a joke, I have to use the Web browser on my phone now, which is no easy task. Word of advice to the developers. Fix the bugs you have first before creating more. Features are great when they work but you need to hold off a version upgrade until it's stable, this feels like a beta version.

I had absolutely no issues using this app until the recent upgrade (except for the inability to add neg amounts on invoices). It keeps locking me out "to protect my data" and then the only option to access it is via the Web browser on mobile which is a pain to use. The website is absolutely fine and I prefer the features and layout of Xero more than QB, but not if these issues continue with the app.

What's new

- New feature enhancements: Bank Reconciliation has improved. Switch between reconciled or unreconciled statement lines with our new filter to save time.
- We've listened to your feedback and introduced the ability to void invoices from the Xero Accounting App. To access this feature, open the overdue or due invoice (awaiting payment) you’d like to void, then tap on the menu of actions and on the Void button. Easy!
