HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! spent thousands on fees when buying and transferring, worse than every other crypto app. underpriced when transferring or selling, over priced when buying.. you would be lucky too see 80% of your own money on a single transaction. yet they still put their fees and percentage take on top. They have changed terms and conditions without notice. impossible to transfer to cold wallets or discrete services. Am closing my account. loosing even more money, AGAIN!

I've been using this app for 2 years now, and here's my experience. when you're buying, it's overpriced. when you're selling, it's underpriced. you lose money in 3 ways, selling, buying, and market price movement. most of the time, you can't login because of http error 403 and there's no way you can contact the chat when you can't login so it's useless app. by the time I was able to login, Most of my Investment disappeared due to market price changes. can't login in app and website. MONEY GRAB!

This app is terrible. It has locked me out of my account. When I speak with support, all they can say is to wait for 30 minutes and try to access again. It counts down to about 20 minutes then goes back to message to wait for 30 minutes due to too many attempts. I tried to wxplain this to support, and they just tell me I need to wait for 30 minutes and try again. I just go around in circles with support team. I have now heard on many other people with this same issue. Stay away from this app!!!
