New Zealand map originally available to me, now locked behind paywall. App failed to work for nearly 24 hours on arrival in NZ using Australasian maps. Subscription required for live traffic feature. (Google Maps free). Now notified that the app will no longer run on a rooted device. I guess it is sayonara Co-Pilot. plenty of free and more user friendly options available.

Enshittification indeed... Why can't you find my location and navigate if location is on but data is off?... What is the point? Basically if you're in the middle of nowhere and you have no data, navigation stops. But the maps live on my phone so... What is the point... This used to be the most amazing navigation app 10 plus years ago. I think it's time to rethink my 5 star review.

Been using Copilot for what seems like a life time. I stopped when Android Auto was introduced. But hey it now has an AA app. However the information displayed is minimal, there is no speed limit, speedometer nor does it show traffic/progress bar. I'm surprised to see that you can run the app on the phone & AA simultaneously, where the missing infor on AA is visible on the phone. I'm hoping these issues get resolved with updates.....good to have you back
