Says "updated version available, click here", but if you click it, it does nothing. There is also no update available in Play store, sometimes I try uninstalling and reinstalling, always happens again. It also has notification badges stuck on the app icon, even though every message, news post etc is cleared. Android user on a Samsung S23 ultra.

Can't access it at all. Entered code, tells me its been used already. Tried signing in , cant, tired to change password, can't. Getting extremely annoyed. Not the only mum having Issues with this app. Also I can't cancel subscription just get sent to an errors page that tells me there's too much traffic. What a load of BS, its impossible to find. This is a disgrace. MINUS ***

This app worked really well, but now only some of the features work. It doesn't come up with a translate button, language? And in these COVID-19 times without my Swedish partner around, it's working as a glorified messaging service. I also have had problems with trying to upload, getting into my daughter's/student account, reinstall required. It's time to talk to the school, email her work, It's less frustrating.
