Terrible, I just installed it and tried putting ONE file in there and it was already too big apparently. (But if pay $$$$$ then you will be able to have that one file 😆). What a joke, deleting this app immediately. I can just compress the file for free and send it. So unbelievably stupid. Edited to add: For other users, Please buy yourself a cheap portable hard drive, you can store a ridiculous amount of stuff for a way smaller price.

Other than the really slow syncing time, the few times I've had to reinstall the desktop app because it got stock indexing, and the 2+ days for deleting a few GB. The main problem is a large number of photos that were imported from my phone were compressed a noticeably unacceptable amount. 4 years worth of photos trashed because of over compression. It's plain unacceptable and unforgivable. And no, this wasn't me being stupid and thinking the preview was the actual file. The file itself was compressed. Save yourself some heartache, time and money and use google drive. It's far cheaper and has more storage options and it's upload and download speed is far better. It also allows you to disable photo compression.

I have previously rated Dropbox and all their work highly, however I have noticed a progressive decline in the standard of the interface. I seem to always have issues logging in from my Android phone, with multiple fingerprint scans required. I also have issues with my app. (when I do get in). The app crashes quite regularly and the storage seems quite expensive.
