I just updated the app today and it is inaccessible, like I can't use it at all?! My device is a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and while may be considered 'outdated' to some service providers, is still functional. Yet, your designers have decided to place all the folders on the bottom which cannot be clicked because of my phone's default buttons. Ridiculous.

App keeps crashing when adding any education, licenses or certifications! I've just spent over an hour trying to add a new certification in both the education section (which crashes at the end with "something went wrong" after clicking on save and you lose all info entered!!!) and the licenses and certifications section (which ALSO crashes at the end with "something went wrong" after clicking on save and you lose all info entered!!!). Your help centre is useless. Can't go back to chat history!!!

This app is SO bad. It's impossible to find anything, other than useless social media-style posts and suggestions of people to connect with. I haven't found any way to see who is actually in my network (not just new suggestions), other than through the email that tells they've accepted my request to connect. Updating one's profile is not intuitive in the least; that's if you can find it. Surely there there are people on Linkedin whom they could hire to design a better app.
