What happened? Suddenly video playback doesn't work? Clear cache. Uninstall the app, reinstall the app. Reboot the system. I don't understand how something that was working could suddenly be so... bad. Now my choices are to first read several comments with the same problems and then dive into the sea of problems reported on the Internet on hopes that something will suggest a fix. Could you just test your updates before you put them out? It's bad.

This app needs some work. It often takes extended periods of time to load video and even more often has an error message when loading videos. I have to force stop and reload the app to get it to load videos more often than not. The cameras themselves are decent for the price but the app makes me reconsider buying from lorex again

This is a pretty worthless system if you're concerned about security. Cameras randomly disconnect and then come back. The wiring that comes with the DVRs isn't good enough to put in an attic. I've already had to replace two of the six cables that came with my system. I've had this system for over five years and it's been flakey the whole time. The app sucks. The seek function during playback has never worked correctly. The event notifications no longer take me to the event. It's just not good.
