App used to be good but the last month or so a few things have gone to $hit. Now when you go into the Prezzee app "wallet" to check the balance of your gift cards, it freezes up after clicking "not a robot" & won't show you your balance. I have two gift cards sitting there but no idea how much is left on them & need to know before going to the shop!! Also when clicking the link in email to "open gift" (your gift card), you're no longer taken to the Prezzee app but now browser & stuffed around.

Useful for storing gift cards and using them. But it's an absolute nightmare keeping track of balances. Every card redirects to a different website to check the balance. Then you have to re enter the card details. Copying and pasting sometimes works but it still takes away from the convenience. I've only got 4 cards but when that builds up over time it's going to be very difficult to manage.

I have received a few prezzee egift cards for $650 from carers SA . at first I thought it was a scam so I wasn't trying to redeem them. however I did redeem 1 4 days ago and was successful in adding it to my wallet. so I searched my email to find another 1 that I didn't delete . both cards have different numbers and pins linked to them. I contacted support when I couldn't redeem my second card. they said I've already swapped it out. I tried to explain that there is still one I cant unwrap
