For over 8 months this app has not worked . Every time I login it flashes unexpected error . I have restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, delected data and cache, my phonehas android15 . This app is completely usseless and Hostplus should remove it.

Installed the app but can't login. App says "We're currently having temporary issues with our digital services, but are working quickly to sort them out". Called customer support. First time they said there are no issues, and that I must uninstall and reinstall. No change. I called customer support again and they said there IS a problem with the app and I must try again 'after a while'. It's been days now.

The app tells me what I need to know about my super balance. However, making changes (e.g. to investment options, insurances etc) doesn't usually work. I have to log in on a computer web browser to do that.
