- This app is for Hostplus super members. If you don’t have an account with us, you can join online at hostplus.com.au
- To make sure you’re using the latest features, please make sure your automatic updates are switched on.

Logging in

- Login easily with a PIN or fingerprint for secure access to your information on the go.

Horrible login issues when you register for a new account. the same password that created an account doesn't work and you cannot reset the password. Looks like I have gone back ages. Lost more than a week, have not been able to login, despite reaching out to Customer care/contact by email

install, uninstall, install, uninstall. All I get it retry message How can anyone keep track of their finances. It's unacceptable. Just fix the damn app. Surely we have paid enough fees!! thanks for your feedback, Mr developer. But I don't want to have to contact hostplus. Isn't that the whole idea of an app???

Installed the app but can't login. App says "We're currently having temporary issues with our digital services, but are working quickly to sort them out". Called customer support. First time they said there are no issues, and that I must uninstall and reinstall. No change. I called customer support again and they said there IS a problem with the app and I must try again 'after a while'. It's been days now.
