The tracking dates and locations change daily but still says the item is on time, even though an item can be 4-5 days late. The customer service over the phone is disgusting, taking no responsibility. If an item is delayed, it should be marked in the app as delayed, not on time. It's the only service available for live plants and animals in my area and although I end up paying more for express post, it's a scam. Nothing is express anymore.

When we have so many disappointments to manage when buying services I find AusPost to be a pleasant exception. It should be the model of success every Government department or Aust business aspires to be like. No worries about packages not being delivered, parcels are trackable - a very useful feature and delivery is done in a very reasonable time. it's a thumbs up from me.

A couple of years ago I would have given you 5 stars. But after recent issues with, out of sequence tracking updates, late tracking updates and delivery notifications (some times I haven't received any notification about my parcel being "on board for delivery" until after its been delivered?), aswell as inconsistent scanning as the parcel makes its way through the system. A real let down that it seems that your delivery system has "down graded". I know from the past that Auspost can do better.
