The AusPost app lets you safely and easily track and manage your parcels on your smart device.

Download the app to access these great features:

• Trusted notifications – Receive instant, legitimate and trusted
notifications.
• Automatic parcel tracking – Eligible parcels will automatically show in your track list if matched to your account - no need to add tracking numbers.
• Track and manage parcels – Easily track and manage all your parcels in one place without checking emails.

Watch app
AusPost also provides a watch app with Wear OS, which syncs to our phone app. With the watch app, you can get tracking notifications, nickname your parcels using your voice, and easily open your Parcel Locker with a QR code – all from your wrist.

Ratings and reviews

For the last year I have received not a single notification for parcels I have been sent, despite all notifications being enabled. It has meant several parcels have been sent back to the sender. If such basic functionality doesn't work consistently it's hard to say the app provides a good experience.

I enter recipient addresses on the website and it says Error! Missing information.. no address! The app no longer scans C4 Envelope tracking number! It just says it doesn't exist! Useless. The Australia Post app is very difficult to use when it constantly tells me there is no internet connection...but I have a working internet connection. The app only started doing this over the past 6 months and for most of the time it doesn't allow me to add in any tracking numbers because of this issue.

great app, a couple suggestions though, I would prefer parcel tracking "get delivery notifications" default to on, also toggle buttons using Auspost red theme background for on gives false impression of being off prefer use green or use check boxes if red background is required, perhaps have setting options for the above, thanks. Would also be great if app had ability to scan Australia post parcel return codes from online seller webpage for item returns as qr code apps can't handle these
