The AusPost app lets you safely and easily track and manage your parcels on your smart device.

Download the app to access these great features:

• Trusted notifications – Receive instant, legitimate and trusted
notifications.
• Automatic parcel tracking – Eligible parcels will automatically show in your track list if matched to your account - no need to add tracking numbers.
• Track and manage parcels – Easily track and manage all your parcels in one place without checking emails.

Watch app
AusPost also provides a watch app with Wear OS, which syncs to our phone app. With the watch app, you can get tracking notifications, nickname your parcels using your voice, and easily open your Parcel Locker with a QR code – all from your wrist.

Ratings and reviews

App regularly gives connection error messages when opening, when this happens, you cannot add any new tracking numbers or track existing deliveries. This appears to be because the Australia Post tracking page is down regularly, as when I go to access the website directly, I'm met with a 403 error. It seems to happen every morning and intermittently throughout the day. Brilliant when it works, godawful when it doesn't - which seems to be far more often at the moment.

This App works quite well but doesn't allow for feedback when an item is lost by Australia Post, but only after the item is delivered. Normally, Aus Post is great and parcels and letters are delivered quickly and I would be happy to give 5*. Recently, they lost a Journal that I have been receiving without problems for many years. Unfortunately Aus Post lost it about 10 km from my PO Box. App should allow users to give feedback if they lose a parcel. I guess I will have to write a letter ;-)

Great app overall. However, I’ve noticed that the latest tracking update does not appear in the tracking history. When I return to my list of deliveries, I can see there has been a recent update, but when I open that specific item, it only shows the previous update. It seems like a bug where the app displays the second most recent update instead of the latest one.
