App regularly gives connection error messages when opening, when this happens, you cannot add any new tracking numbers or track existing deliveries. This appears to be because the Australia Post tracking page is down regularly, as when I go to access the website directly, I'm met with a 403 error. It seems to happen every morning and intermittently throughout the day. Brilliant when it works, godawful when it doesn't - which seems to be far more often at the moment.

the app is good for tracking your packages but the deliveries cannot pass any gate so if you live in any unit, and you don't have a bell, they just take a picture of the gate and you have to pick it up at the post office. the app should notify you when the deliverer is outside. it does notify you 10 minutes after when he is gone. It happened to me at least 3 times. it's very frustrating.

App is middling at best. Tracking is functional but doesn't contain all the information about the package (e.g. who is sending the parcel and Auspost has this info, so the process is bung). Also, the scummy tactic of forcing people to use the app to see the attempted delivery photos has not gone unnoticed. We should be able to do this online... But then again, Auspost should be able to find a "safe place" to deliver a parcel when there's a 3 metre bush right next to the front door too 🤭
