The AusPost app lets you safely and easily track and manage your parcels on your smart device.

Download the app to access these great features:

• Trusted notifications – Receive instant, legitimate and trusted
notifications.
• Automatic parcel tracking – Eligible parcels will automatically show in your track list if matched to your account - no need to add tracking numbers.
• Track and manage parcels – Easily track and manage all your parcels in one place without checking emails.

Watch app
AusPost also provides a watch app with Wear OS, which syncs to our phone app. With the watch app, you can get tracking notifications, nickname your parcels using your voice, and easily open your Parcel Locker with a QR code – all from your wrist.

Ratings and reviews

Since the latest update every time I try to log in, the login feature won't work. I have to re-enter my parcel tracking code every time. I'm very disappointed with the tracking as well. It tells me I've requested a safe drop, and I haven't. The parcels travel from various locations and back to the same locations around Perth. At times I've been to the post office to collect a parcel that the app tells me has been delivered, and the personal can't find it. Old saying. Ain't broke, don't fix it.

Literally cannot login anymore. Always says "Not Found". Why?? No login no tracking! But when I login on a PC exact same details, it works. App unusable since last few updates. When it worked it was 5 stars. Tracking surely needed and accurate. Now when it doesn't I give 1 star. Why is icon like that. I thought you got hacked or something.

The tracking dates and locations change daily but still says the item is on time, even though an item can be 4-5 days late. The customer service over the phone is disgusting, taking no responsibility. If an item is delayed, it should be marked in the app as delayed, not on time. It's the only service available for live plants and animals in my area and although I end up paying more for express post, it's a scam. Nothing is express anymore.
