Works well, until it doesn't. Then the "team" you contact is an AI bot called Sophie who cuts you off after offering her solutions. I'd already implemented the solutions, and they didn't work. Subsequent chats all ignored and disconnected. So when it works - great. When it doesn't - this company couldn't care. Buy a local simcard from the airport.

Very poor experience here. Was offered a free esim if I gave them a google store rating and downloaded the app. I did this only to be told that free esim coupons were no longer available. If you buy an esim in their store via the webpage it will not show up in the app. Sim card prices are higher in the app than in their online store. Bottomline - don't bother with the app. Yet to see if my purchased esim card works but do not have high hopes with this crooked mob.

I've used this platform for 3 European trips, as well as 1 to US. Installation is straightforward and they've worked very well without any issues on my trips. Definitely recommend
