⭐️⭐️ Very disappointing experience – transfer still pending after more than 1.5 days I made my first transfer with Taptap Send because the app indicated that the money would be transferred within seconds. Based on that information, I expected a fast and reliable service. Unfortunately, it has now been more than a day and a half, and the recipient still hasn’t received the money. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have not received a clear or satisfactory explanation for the delay.

Referral system is misleading. I clicked my friend's referral link but the code wasn't applied automatically — turns out you have to enter it manually on your first transaction, which is nowhere clearly explained. By the time I found out, it was too late. Remitly handles this seamlessly. Fix your referral system or at least warn users upfront.

Very fast and reliable. Sometime in the past, they had issues along the way and money was getting delayed for days before it reflected in the receiving account. I was thinking of switching to another conversion app/platform, but then they adjusted and corrected the error. So today and now , I can say that this is one of the best currency conversion apps. Perhaps the best, really.
