Worst app. It allows you to apply for the discount coupons in the app. however the applied discount doesn't reflect at the time of payment. the applied discount automatically gets removed and you have to make the payment of the full bill. then why does Bigbasket show discount coupons/offers of Mubiwik. Very bad experience of placing orders through Bigbasket. I will not recommend it to use.

My first experience with BigBasket was disappointing. One item was unavailable without prior notice, and a combo product arrived with one item missing. I returned it, but the refund went to my BB Wallet, so I placed another order. This time, the box looked repeatedly opened and the product inside looked used. It makes the good things about BigBasket feel pointless when you feel like you wasted money on products you could have received in better condition elsewhere.

This was my first BigBasket order, and the experience was extremely frustrating. My order was split into two deliveries, and although I repeatedly selected 11 AM, the system kept changing it to 7 AM. Even after correcting it before placing the order, it was scheduled for 7 AM. When I contacted support, they cancelled the order without my consent and credited a random amount to BB Wallet. I also lost my cashback and had to pay extra. Very disappointing! Giving minus rating out of 5.
