Ratings and reviews

Competitors use a flat rate delivery charge and that means you can shop all deals; Domino's doesn't, meaning delivery deals cost extra AND THEN they slap a huge delivery fee on top AND ask for a tip before you've even received the order. Combined with recent price hikes this is just disgusting business practice, and the app doesn't help; 2025 and it won't even login. Clunky, hard to sort deals and items, and there's sly little charges added at every step. You can't even use cash to pay anymore.

App UI isn't user friendly. After adding pizza offer, app showed offer for wings, but wouldn't let me add them - no error, it just didn't work. I had to start order again with the wings, at which point the wings offer had gone, although pizza offer was still present. When I've used the Tip Jar before, it was inside the app, but no longer, and I'm not entering my card details into third party website. Also. no way of clearing Tip Jar link from screen.

Issues they need to fix, because it currently gives a poor customer experience: 1) There is no deal wizard like there is on the website that automatically selects the best deal for you 2) It doesn't ask for your postcode until after you've put your items in the basket, then it will delete all your items when you put the postcode in and select the correct store 3) after you put your items in the basket and then select a deal - you then have to put all your order into the deal again. Dumbest app

This one’s all about those tiny tweaks…you know, the ones that just make everything that little bit better! We’re always evolving our app but it’s not always about shiny new features, sometimes it just needs little improvements all over the place, which is what we’ve done here.
