Ratings and reviews

It deletes items out of your basket far too easily with no check to make sure you want to delete. Scrolling down but moving slightly too far to one side can see an entire deal disappear from your basket, meaning it needs to be started from scratch. They have also removed the function to check if a deal or voucher is cheaper, which is very annoying. You cannot simply add what you want and find a deal; you need to start again via deals. Very frustrating and not user friendly. Has put me off using

Very easy to use. Good selections on the menu. I also like the tracking how it shows every step for where your food is IE preparing, baking, delivering. Only recommendation would be to have a point system where you can get pizza, drinks & sides for free like McDonald's & greggs do.

The app somewhat streamlines the ordering process, however is riddled with bugs when attempting to use vouchers which negates any "efficiency" gained through using an app instead of a website. I created an order using a £20 off £50 spend voucher, only to be told that the items in my basket didn't meet the criteria to apply the voucher (despite being advertised that they do). after removing and readding the exact same items, miraculously suddenly they DID meet the criteria... QC team is slacking.
