Ratings and reviews

Competitors use a flat rate delivery charge and that means you can shop all deals; Domino's doesn't, meaning delivery deals cost extra AND THEN they slap a huge delivery fee on top AND ask for a tip before you've even received the order. Combined with recent price hikes this is just disgusting business practice, and the app doesn't help; 2025 and it won't even login. Clunky, hard to sort deals and items, and there's sly little charges added at every step. You can't even use cash to pay anymore.

Very easy to use. Good selections on the menu. I also like the tracking how it shows every step for where your food is IE preparing, baking, delivering. Only recommendation would be to have a point system where you can get pizza, drinks & sides for free like McDonald's & greggs do.

Gluten free options available but it's absolutely absurd that it's not possible to change the toppings. I tried to order a veggie with added pepperoni and apple wouldn't allow it. AND it's only possible to order gluten free pizza from the app, you cannot walk into a store and order at the counter. So to enjoy the walk in deals for half my family who aren't gluten free, I order at the counter then have to order via the app while standing at the counter. FIX IT ALREADY DOMINOS, THIS IS NOT GOOD.
