Outstanding customer service! I have had a few issues with connecting to my phone and the cloud storage, mainly due to me being a numpty, but customer service via Email is excellent. I have 2 cameras and I am very pleased with them. Both are on the app on the phone, and others in the family have them on their phones too.

I have been using them for years. But recently found that the recorded audio is muted after playing for a good 4-5 minutes only.I have to close the app and open again and continue to where I left. Had to do this the whole day! So trouble some! I hope it will be fixed soon.

Cameras worked fine for years and today you have changed something and now all my cameras are disconnected and I have a pop up message asking for some bizarre open file read write permission which i cannot find or understand. So you have now bricked all my cameras with your updates. Hopefully you will sort it soon. Very disappointing. If this isn't fixed soon I'll have to bin all my 4 cameras and I'll never use a Genbolt ever again. Well done Genbolt 👏
