Ratings and reviews

Subtitles have become absolutely unbearable. Why are they prioritizing translating background songs and random signs instead of the actual dialogue? They'll completely ignore what the characters are saying just to translate a song that's playing quietly in the background. If I wanted to know what the song was saying in English, I'd look up the lyrics myself. Your job is to translate the dialogue, not sacrifice it for background music or every sign that appears on screen. It's beyond frustrating.

downloads are the worst part of this app. they make no sense. my downloads shouldn't expire or have renewal limits if I have an active membership. I travel every other week and download stuff to watch, I may not get to it all so I will watch next time ... what is the point of that download expiring? I think this is the only streaming app that does this. also make it so I can select multiple items to delete because selecting an entire season of previously mentioned expired downloads takes time.

I had two concerns. Firstly, the inability to rotate the phone horizontally in the opposite direction was inconvenient. Secondly, I was not pleased that using a "mobile number" as a payment method automatically creates an account associated with that number. In essence, it appears one cannot create an account and then use a separate, random number for payment without it automatically generating a new account, in addition, I enjoy watching it's content.
