Ratings and reviews

I enjoy using Proton's email service but this one is undercooked as it is right now. I have tried multiple ways of opening a document within Proton Drive and it just won't allow me to view/edit it at all. Opening it elsewhere, like in Google Drive or Dropbox, works fine, so I don't know what the issue is. Hopefully it gets addressed soon but I'm definitely dropping my subscription if I can't actually open/view/edit my files while away from my desktop. Edit: For the developer, it was a docx file

It still lacks some basic media features. Delete and share options should appear directly when you select or open a file, not only under the three-dot menu. You also can't drag to select multiple items, add several files to Favorites, use tags, tell videos apart in multi-select, or remove duplicates. The "Select all" icon doesn't clearly show what it does. Videos keep playing after you go back. it should also hide items when the app is locked. A Vault like OneDrive would be very useful.

Its just nowhere near as good as any of the competing cloud storage services. You can't play videos through the app. you can play a video if you create a share link and then follow this link through a web browser, (which is a very tedious process) but even then, the video plays with no sound. And theres no Linux app so you can't access the drive from your computer. very disappointing.
