I don't understand the existence/use of an app that doesn't contain a calendar when the service is based on a time base. 10 times I have been looking in the app for a recipe of a meal that I received, never found any of it. After I cancelled all deliveries for an indefinite period of time, suddenly I get a new one, without asking. Maybe you can adapt some features on the website, but then why come out with an app? And please don't tell me "thanks for your reply we'll have a look at it". Fix it.

In the first box I ordered, a lime was missing. Although the boxes I ordered were for two people, I don't think the meat they provided was enough (which is the most expensive part, ofc). Also, the veggies (eg sweet potato and tomatoes) are the smallest I've ever seen. Not to mention all the plastic for the spices, herbs etc. I cancelled my subscription. I better buy from the supermarket and cook the same dishes with half pollution and half price.

I find the app very awkward to navigate. You have to dig for information at times as the layout is very busy. Having your card fail if you have had purchasing issues is something I dislike very much. You have to call customer service and resolve it or add another card as your preferred method of payment. Other than that the entire cause and reason for this app is amazing. A great concept with fair prices for the food you receive. Personalizing your meals is a nice touch.
