Disappointed. The cameras themselves work quite nice, but, if a different device connect to the account, all other accounts are logged out, which is a big disadvantage in my case since two of the three users are elderly and have a hard time typing the password, or even remember it. Is there no way to have multiple devices connected simultaneously like every other camera app there is?

Great app, lots of features. However, I have lots of cameras, and many locations, and I would like to view more than 4 cameras simultaneously and I'd also like to have camera profiles, or groups, that can open and view quickly without having to select each camera manually. Thank you.

complete junk! you pay for each individual camera cloud usage monthly, even though you use one app, then most of the time the cameras aren't working. I reset them daily, reset the wifi router daily even though cameras are plugged directly into the router, contacted customer support endlessly, all useless! complete, utter waste of money. my temu mini camera of a quarter of the price works better with no issues.
