First time I used this service, I transferred money from my account to my pyypl account, but it took close to a week to reflect as balance, which was awful. I used the virtual card for few times, then stopped for few months, now that am trying to make a purchase, the app updated and prohibited me from using features until I upload all kinds of documents (ID, proof of residence, and more) so I wrote to the so called customer service and they just gave me useless answers and just closed the case.

I have been using it for a while. Its not safe anymore, anyone can use your card details and withdraw money. There used to be a security check on all transactions, now they have removed it. As soon as they did it someone transferred a small amount from my account, the helpline is useless as its all frequently asked questions. I wrote to them but no reply.

Excellent app but worst customer service. I logged in 3 devices with my account. After few months, performed factory reset and sold them. Now can't login to my current device due to device limitations. I have my number, password also verified account. Still can't login and revoke access to those devices. Tried to contact them. But no luck. Pyypl didn't help me. I think, it's not the way to treat customer. Unprofessional...
