Ratings and reviews

This app completely stopped working and won't let me send money. Every time I try, it shows an error saying to try again later. Even when I try to check the Help section, clicking on it just gives me the same "try later" error. Everything is glitching. Also, where is support? There's no button for support, no chat, nothing—absolutely nothing works.

Failed Service and Terrible Support. it was working smoothly then suddenly it won't allow me to send anymore money. They want to verify my identity & it will only take 24hrs to verify. but its been almost a month now and my account is still not working. I contacted customer support several times. you get a response from 7 days to never time frame. useless support. no progress has being made. i just gave & i stop wasting my time. there are still dozens of remittance apps out there that i can use.

b4 it used to work perfectly, now, it's not, i'm very disappointed. Every time i attempt to make a transaction it does not go thru or says cancel or a note saying: "Typically arrives in under 3 hours. in some cases, it can take up to 3 working days", really?, really?. some times, if i'm lucky, transaction will go thru after several attempts, it sucks !!!, you guys need to work on this app. tyvm.
