Well i cant seem to add a new review so I had to erase my old one to write an update. Always sent money to family in Brazil, then app is updated and cant do it. After literally weeks of doing everything that your support people told me to do with no effect, today I am told Paysend no longer supports sending money to Brazil!!!! Ridiculous! Waste of my time working with the support-less desk. And dont send me your support email again because you dont answer it!

I have used Paysend for a long time...same recipient/same amount. You recently did updates that soured my experience. I had to begin from scratch like I had no history with you. After much time wasted, and multiple attempts with the app freezing up and making me put in the required information...I finally gave up. I am done. You will not see me again. I went to a different company, filled in the required information and within 2 minutes the money was transferred to the receiver's bank accou

b4 it used to work perfectly, now, it's not, i'm very disappointed. Every time i attempt to make a transaction it does not go thru or says cancel or a note saying: "Typically arrives in under 3 hours. in some cases, it can take up to 3 working days", really?, really?. some times, if i'm lucky, transaction will go thru after several attempts, it sucks !!!, you guys need to work on this app. tyvm.
