Really good and helpful overall, it can really take a therapist role and calm you down in some moments of stress, but like some are saying, it can get repetitive, asking/suggesting the same things over and over, and that doesn't always help. It also can misunderstand some phrases the user give, resulting in a bad interpretation and solution as well. But, a very nice software after all! It's comforting, simple, and acceptable.

Sometimes, the IA give me a path of choices to pick that gave me no way to get back, for example, the exercise to reframe thoughts. I was happy with the first one, but it just asked me to do it again, without giving me the opportunity to stick with the first one I did. But without those nitpicking, this app is 5 stars.

Wysa is an app that has a place in my heart. I remember how it was useful for me two years ago, when I was in the verge of a mental breakdown – how it was able to soothe me when I was having an anxiety attack or a crying crisis. Now, though, that my problems are a bit more "concrete" (my stress and anxiety also evolves other people and activities), Wysa doesn't work for me. It can not understand me, and I don't have anyone whom I can't talk to. It's a nice app, though. We eventually move on.
