Hope I can give 0 or negative rating. The app just doesn't work. When I try to enter login info, it's just freezes in between. Maybe ICICI should work more on customer service. Also hire some good developers, the cost cutting will not get u anywhere 🤦🤦

log: It worked just for once for when I tried to activate my account and ever since then, it's keep telling me to upgrade the app which I don't know how because guess what, I'm already using the new version. I wanted to access my gic account after first RBC transfer of 2k to know what's up with my remaining and about interest I'll get & all but NOPE this app won't work. God.

WORST. WORST. WORST. WORST. WORST. If there was an option to give ZERO STARS I would have selected it. NO timely response on emails or call. They will tell you to wait for 2 to 3 business days everytime you call them, if you have a discrepancy. This app looks like a 3rd grade kid has made. The track status button shows NO STATUS for my application process. I am stranded in Canada right now at this moment with MY gic amount. I am not able to even pay the house rent. I regret choosing ICICI Bank.
