The Amazon Relay mobile app is for carriers, owner-operators and drivers who want to manage their Relay freight on the go. From the grocery store checkout line to the parking lot of fuel stop, carriers and owner-operators can use the app to book and manage loads anywhere they get a phone signal. And truck drivers can use the Relay app to find the safest route for their Amazon cargo, along with site-specific information about facilities that makes entry faster.

Ratings and reviews

The Amazon Relay app is noticeably slower on Android than on iPhone. I’m using a Samsung S24 Ultra, and searching for loads and moving to the next screen takes longer. The iPhone version is definitely faster and smoother, even with a good Wi-Fi connection. The Android version needs some performance improvements.

GPS keeps acting up and putting me on side roads that I'm not on. and I need to connect to Amazon into every building in order to do anything new update doesnt let you switch accounts anymore. some of us drive for amazon and for AFPs. we need to be a le to switch back and forth

good but needs improvement. when u click the load board n scroll down to load more trips. u have to scroll up n down couple times until it starts loading new trips. wish there is button to click to load more trips. just like in other apps. click here to load more. also when its start loading new trips its slow. it takes like 10 seconds. to show the trips.
