Ratings and reviews

I've been using for awhile now. Lots of the times my transactions don't go trought giving 504 error code. In the past had issues with gift cards too... the support is terrible, once I opened a ticket and it took a week to hear back from their support... their site has a status that shows the state of their service and it is always showing no issues but doesn't reflect the actual status. I tried different os to make sure it is not my phone, pc, internet... I suggest you look for another option..

This app and site in general sucks. I made an account and I cant even log into it. I just made the account too and I went online just to double check everything is working and log in (since this app won't even let me log out and try) and I couldn't even log into my account online. I tried resetting and it doesnt even send a reset password link to my email. Doesnt make any sense at all. I'm very frustrated because I thought bitpay was reputable but it is far from being anywhere close to that.

The slowest crypto processing times ever... very frustrating... usually takes 40 minutes... this time, over an hour...I got a message that my order is delayed...it states that "all you have to do is sit back and wait"... this will be my last transaction here and then in an deleting this app....
