Ratings and reviews

I have been using this app for a very long time. it has been very good to me. very easy to use and very simple navigations. The only thing then I would like for it to have is a way of editing the files within the box app itself. similar to what Google drive has. in Google drive you can create a document and save it to the cloud. box has add-ons that are third-party apps that do the same but if it was all inclusive within the box app itself I would find that to be a better solution.

Every time this app updates, it breaks. I can no longer connect to the Box network and upload or view files. I have to remove the app and re-download it to get it working again. It's more than frustrating as I rely on this app as a backup storage of my work related files. And if they're not syncing and I lose or damage my phone, poof gone.

Still terrible. Dropbox works so much better. I'm over the "in-your-face" AI popups I have no use for. It's adding button clicks and killing efficiency. My biggest gripe is downloading images on Android. I download. Box says its successful. Except it's not on my phone. 3 more tries in 2 more locations and it might show up. Basic file downloading seems like the first thing you'd get right. Navigation is still super clunky.
