I am dissatisfied with their service. When I purchased my ticket, it was completely unclear whether my payment had gone through or if the booking was confirmed.I ended up purchasing the same ticket a second time, thinking the first transaction had failed. When I request a refund, instead of resolving the issue, they kept making excuses and told me to contact the bus company directly and never return money. A ticketing platform is not clear, reliable, and accountable. I do not recommend using th

so, I picked a time and it defaulted to a time I didn't want. I tried to fix it after I paid, but had to cancel the whole order just to catch a bus that wasn't at 4am. it did it again. had to cancel the whole order.TWICE.Then, the app kept taking me to the bus provider site, that didn't recognize me because I was using busbud, not the provider. no phone # for help. robot chat even less helpful. $500 waiting for refund because of menus defaulting times no good for me. wow, what a useless app.

Tickets are a bit expensive and ut took along time for my 3 ticket purchase to go through because it wouldnt let me add the name of the child few times and my purchase kept coming up declined for some reason and when it finally went through, the only thing i did differently in the booking was take the dash out from between the unit number and street address. The app seems very simple and easy to figure out besides what i experienced. Maybe let people know which format to write address and info.
